(NMLS #375892)

Known for a collaborative and systems-driven approach, Daniel works with municipalities, development teams, and private clients to navigate complex housing projects with clarity, accountability, and confidence. He collaborates closely with architects, city planners, engineers, entitlement consultants, and project managers to guide projects from early feasibility and land acquisition through approvals, financing readiness, and final disposition—aligning design intent, municipal requirements, and capital strategy to reduce friction, control costs, and support timely delivery.

Daniel is a strong advocate for Mass Timber, Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT), and other sustainable, innovative, and cost-effective approaches to housing delivery. He supports public agencies and development teams in evaluating alternative construction methods, material efficiencies, and scalable design strategies that can reduce construction timelines, lower lifecycle costs, and advance climate-forward planning and affordability goals.

In addition to advisory work, Daniel brings deep experience in residential purchases and refinances, informed by firsthand involvement across multiple market cycles from the pre-2009 housing crisis through the historically low interest rate environment of the COVID era. This long-term perspective allows him to advise clients with an emphasis on risk management, durability, and long-term outcomes.
