The Producer is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing community stability, housing opportunities, civic engagement, and access to opportunity through practical, community-driven initiatives.

Daniel Morones serves as CEO, and Marysol Arellano serves as CFO/Treasurer, providing organizational leadership and strategic direction as The Producer partners with municipalities, property owners, developers, community-based organizations, businesses, and local stakeholders.

What We Do

Welfare Tax Exemption

The Producer holds an Organizational Clearance Certificate (OCC) issued by the California State Board of Equalization and works with eligible affordable housing properties and ownership structures to support the implementation and administration of California's Welfare Tax Exemption.

Affordable Housing & LIHTC Partnerships

The Producers partners with land developers, nonprofit organizations, and tax credit investors to bring affordable housing projects financed with 4% and 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) from concept to completion.

Community Outreach

The Producer builds relationships with residents, community organizations, businesses, municipalities, and local stakeholders to identify needs, connect resources, and develop practical solutions.

Housing & Neighborhood Development

The Producer supports initiatives that preserve and expand access to affordable and community-serving housing while contributing to stronger, more stable neighborhoods.
